- When will I be billed?Our subscription plans are charged up front, and billed on a monthly basis. Additional usage costs are also billed at the end of the month.
- What if I need one project for development and one for production while on the Free Plan?We give you 1 free project as part of our Free Plan. This includes a development and a production server.
- What happens if I cancel my subscription?Your engines will be fully operational until the end of the billing cycle and then they get set to deactivated.
- I am worried I could end up with a huge bill at the end of the monthSpend caps are on by default and you need to toggle them off from your dashboard to enable pay as you grow pricing.
- How does additional usage impact my monthly billing?For Agent subscription plans, we charge $2.00 per additional GB and 25k events. For App and Team subscription plans, we charge $10.00 per additional GB and 25k events.
- How does adding Full Text Searching impact my monthly billing?If you choose to use Full Text Searching with Railengine, your Search storage usage is combined with your pricing tier. For example, if you are on the App subscription plan and you enable Full Text Searching (facets and filtering), your monthly would be $99 + $50 ($149) per month and $10 per additional GB over 5GB. If you are on the Team subscription (150 GB), your monthly would be $999 + $50 ($1049) + $10 per additional GB over 150 GB.
- How do I unpause my free Railengine due to inactivity?In the free plan, you can go into your engine dashboard and re-activate your engine. By default, engines get set to deactivated after 7 days of no activity to save on infrastructure costs.
- How do I export my Railengine data?Please get in touch and we can help you achieve this.
- Does the enterprise tier also include other support services?We can help with procuurement process/security questionnaires/vendor reviews
- Do I get a notification if I am approaching my usage limits?Yes, we will email you when you are within 20% of your Plan limits.
